Additionally, I conducted a thorough analysis of competitors, including Tata 1mg, Phrameasy and practo to identify industry standards, innovative features, and potential areas for improvement. This competitive analysis served as a valuable benchmark, guiding design decisions to align PositraRx with or surpass the user experience offered by other prominent players in the online pharmacy space. By synthesizing insights from both the internal website style and external competitive analysis, the aim is to create a mobile app that not only meets user expectations but also stands out within the competitive landscape.
