Online Pet supplies project, help the users to find a wide range of food, toys, and accessories for their pets. This app help to save time of pet owners to buy pet supplies without going to pet shops. Where it is cat, dog , rabbit, reptiles, or even small animals users will get necessary products with the great shopping experience

Busy pet owners lack time to choose necessary products for their pets

Design an ecommerce app for pet supplies to order pet products online easily.

My Role

I was the Product designer of the app from Conception to delivery.

Responsibilites

Conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, and iterating on designs.

User Research : Summary

I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I'm designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through research was busy pet owners who doesn’t get time to go to shop to buy necessary products for their pets.

  • Busy pet owners Don’t get time to shop To buy necessary pet products.

  • When shopping online difficult to find all the good things for pets in one place. Spending hours on searching make users zoned out.

Define

Problem Satement

Jessica is a software engineer who needs pet product without spending to much time in searching because she haas no time for it.

Hypothesis Statement

If Jessica, a busy software engineer, uses a pet app designed to efficiently provide a curated selection of pet products, then she will be able to quickly find suitable pet products without spending excessive time searching, thereby improving her overall productivity and convenience.

Value Proposition

Impact

This app provides smooth shopping experience,Users can find necessary pet products in one place.

What I Learned

While designing the  app, I learned that the first ideas for the app are only the beginning of the process. Usability studies and peer feedback influenced each iteration of the app’s designs.
